I could put my time down as I work during the day on my outlook calander and
at the end of the Month, or billing period, I can see a summary, even by
project. Would be really cool if I could download to excel auto invoice,
save and e-mail away. Then the hours billed would be locked so I don't re
bill and as invoices get paid I can keep track of who hasn't paid and said
out one of my thugs to break their thumbs!
Cool huh?

No, wrong application for the process. You need a time tracking application
rather than a Calendar.

See here (warning - URL will seriously wrap!)

After furious head scratching, MattPak asked:

Actually the search was helpful. There is a program called Time Tag that
interfaces with Outlook Calander and keeps track of time and billing. I'm
going to check it out!
