Hello everyone,
I have a problem that I have yet to find an answer to.
The situation is:
A user logs on to the domain using correct username
and password. Logs in fine, is able to access the network
and all resources they need to. They try and open Outlook
to get email and they get an authentication box asking
for username password and domain. User puts in password
(username and domain name are populated with correct
names), get in email. No more trouble. Till they close
Outlook. Then they have to repeat the process to get
Outlook up again.
Second user: Same scenario as above with the execption
of once password is put in first time Outlook asks for
it, user is able to close and reopen Outlook without
having to do the reauthentication.
We have tried changeing users passwords, deleting the
Outlook profile on the PC and reinstalling Outlook..
Thus far, nothing has worked. Any have any ideas that I
am overlooking? Thank you all for your help and advice in
advance.
