Constant Rebooting with Win2000

Getting constant rebooting of my machine, and with each, a system log
Save Dump is written with:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0xa2000000, 0x84010400). Microsoft
Windows 2000 [v15.2195]

Any ideas?

you should also look at the power supply, they can
sometimes have intermittent problems, loose connections,
even an unrelated device on the same circuit (space
heaters for example).
Another problem could be a device driver. I understand
that there are some issues w/ some peripherals in W2K.

Check for a virus, it sounds like the one that has been hitting everyone.
