Gary the bewildered
Okay, my XP Home computer keeps crashing. Everything
locks up and I have to either push the reset button, or
cycle power to restore. I need some help!
I run Norton Util to find and fix the problem, which
usually points to multiple " Missing or Inactive
ActiveX/Com Subkey Entry". I let Norton run fixes, but
the problem seems perpetual.
I thought the problem was related to media players, so I
deleted all the media players (macromedia, quicktime
etc..) but I still get the " Missing or Inactive
ActiveX/Com Subkey Entry".
What is my problem, and how can I fix it? This rebooting
is getting old. Thanks for your help!! Gary
