Constant Alert/URL Message

Every time I log on to WindowsXP, I get this popup from MSAS:

Internet explorer start page URL change requires approval

The Internet Explorer URL for your Start Page is attempting
to be changed from http://www.dell4me.com/myway to
http://www.yahoo.com/.

The default URL for your Start Page is
http://www.dell4me.com/myway.

Advise: If you do not recognize this URL it is highly
recommended that you block this action.

I always say "allow" and check the box that says "remember
this action" or whatever. Still, it pops up every time.
Anyone seen this?

Similar but I get "An unknown Internet Explorter Web
Browser Requires Approval". I get this in 3 out of 4 user
accounts when logging on. Very annoying. I click
on "Allow" every time but it still keeps popping up.
