Consolidate & share groups of contacts

I have multiple lists/groups of contacts. How can I consolidate them into one
group and / or share the lists with others in my network?
 
Select all of the Contacts and drag them into the Contacts folder you want
to use. Set up a Public Folder with permissions for your team to use the
folder and then you can all work from the one set of Contacts. You'll need
to show the new folder as an Outlook Address book for each user (right click
the folder | properties | show as an Outlook address book)
