Consistently Crashing....

Yes, this marvelous OS I have keeps crashing every day at least once a day. I get the blue screen with a long msg, that basically says IRQ_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS. When I check the error log, I get a msg that says:

The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was 8007041F from line 44 of d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tie r1\eventsystemobj.cpp.

I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Any suggestions to help me troubleshoot this problem???
