Has anyone else been consistently getting the
message "Internet Explorer has encountered an error and
needs to shutdown. We are sorry for this inconvenience."
then you select the option to send an error report and you
get booted from your internet session.

What can we do????

HAPPENED AGAIN TRYING TO RESPOND!!!!

Microsoft has to know about this. I'm running XP and
using Comcast DSL Internet service. Contacted Comcast and
they say that its an issue with Internet Explorer. Tried
downloading all the patches, fixes, etc. that Microsoft
has and get message that I am running a newer version of
IE and it can't continue. Have even tried to delete IE
completely, but that hosed the PC and I had to reinstate a
previous version of my entire system from the history
files (which has now screwed up my McAfee Security
software). Contact HP, but PC is out of warranty. Only
thing they said was to try the Microsoft site to download
IE again. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there anyone from Microsoft that reads these posts?????

Why the hell are there over 575 pages of them in this
browser category alone???
