Consistent Fonts

We have a newsletter that many people create in Word on a weekly basis. However as they email it back in forth to edit and add to it, certain fonts appear different on certain PC's and the document format is not consistent. Is there a work around for this? Can I install the same Fonts on all these PC's. All users are using Office 2000 Pro or standard.
 
Making sure that all the same fonts are installed is a step in the right
direction, but there will still be some inconsistency resulting from the use
of different printer drivers. See
