Hi All
I have a problem and I was wondering if I might be able to get some assistance
I have been given the task of writing an expression for a Microsoft Access query which will exclude all records for a certain person if the date attached to a specific record is part of any set of 6 records which have consecutive working days.
For example
If J.Smith [field Name] has a date indicated in a record which is [for example 13/07/2007 in field Date] for a specific field type [Ill from field type Leave Type] exclude that record if this date in any grouping of six consecutive work dates for J.Smith under Ill [for example exclude if date is between 13/07/2007 – 20/07/2007 or 12/07/2007 – 19/07/2007 etc.]
I have a basic to fair knowledge of queries in Access but this one is beyond me
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Thank You
Budgie
