Connot send messages out

Good Morning

I am unable to send out messages but can receive, this is what the error
messege read that I received.
Protocol:SMTP,Port:0, Secure(SSL): No,Error Number:0X800C013E

Please let me know what to do.

That looks like only part of the message,
the rest would be useful to see, but...

Check to see if you have a message stuck in your outbox.
If you have use http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/Default.aspx
to clear it. Note. You must follow the instructions to make
the clear outbox function available.

If you have configured your account correctly you are most likely
a victim of incompatible antivirus software such as Norton or
McAfee in which case they *MUST* be uninstalled entirely.

Use a free compatible product, such as Avast, instead.
note. AV scanning should be disabled but preferably omitted from
the install.
