connot log into local domain with XP

[Siddhartha]

i was running win 98 from C: drive without any problems,
then i loaded win XP in D: enabling dual boot. now, i can
log into the local workplace domain as earlier whwn i
boot to win 98, but the same username and password
doesn't work in XP. please help!
