I'm trying to connect from three different work PCs to my home PC. They all
connect successfully and I can see my home PC desktop. However only one of
my work PCs allow me to control my home PC, the others I can move the mouse
around but nothing happens when I click on anything. The only thing I can do
is X out of the RDP session.

Ironically one of the PCs that connects but can't control the home PC used
to work.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Does this happen if you connect from a remote PC from a friend or family
members home?

Anything in the event log on the home PC when you try to connect and control
that PC from a remote site?

I have not tried accessing it from a friends home. Will try to do so.
What is the log file name and where is it located? Or are you referring to
the event viewer?

Yes the event viewer...
