Connection Wizard

My computers hard drive had to be replaced and my husband had to reinstall everything. Since this has happened I haven't been able to e-mail ics from the menu to the left in the my pics files. It keep bringing up an internet connection wizard but I don't know how to fill it out. It wants to know my incoming mail server pop3 or http...things like that. Does anyone know how I can find this info?

Your mail account provider (normally your ISP) can supply that
information.
