Connection traumas!!!

Hi all. When I connect my pc to internet, the internet
explorer reuest a new connection, even when it already
had open the connection panel. The small computers
appears connected, but the internet explorer keeps
requesting a new connectio. Please help me!!!!

Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > select
never dial a connection
