Hello.
I have just upgraded from ME to XP. I have activated
windows via the dial up modem. I now cannot get access
using Outlook Express to my AT&T email account. The
message is error 678 "Computer not responding". I have
been on the phone with AT&T and verified all the
networking settings, passwords, account names, etc are
correct and have tried numerous other things. Any ideas?
