Running the removal tool does not completly clean the virus off,
unfortunatly. Do a ctrl-alt-del on the workstation and shut down the
processes "mmtask.exe" and "cgtask.exe" and then go to
c:\windows\system32 and delete both of these files. THis worked for
me yesterday and I suspect it will do the same for you. I believe,
but don't know for sure, that that everyone started to have this
problem b/c the master virus server went offline as of July 14 and the
infected computer is no longer able to communicate with it. Thus the
error. Also do a google group search for cgtask.exe for more info.
