Hi Guru´s

I have a win2k RAS server for vpn dial-in.

It works like a charm...except for one little thing.
I can´t get it to push the Connection-specific DNS Suffix.

PPP adapter ( xxxxxxx xxxx ):

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : WAN (PPP/SLIP) Interface
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-53-45-00-00-00
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
Etc. ....

I would really like it to work. We use a program where you key a
server name.
As it is now. You have to key in the fully.qualified.name.
I know I could just get all the users to key in the dns suffix in
their Network properties on the win2k/xp box´s, but I rather not :-)

Thanks in advance.
Please reply to my e-mail address too.

If you don't want to configure each client separately, you could use
CMAK on the server to configure the client settings. The clients then
download their settings from the server.
