Windows Vista Connection Probs Help!!!!!!!

Hi
Am in need off some serious help! All was fine running vista but have changed to Belkin wireless router. I can access all sites when I have the ethernet cable in but as soon as I go wireless I can't access anything microsoft!!!! I have lowered mtu to 1100 and did a ping test to microsoft.com, that come back with a timed out notification then said packets sent 4 received 0 lost 4. I am at a totally loss what to do now. I can access everything else ok.
 
Do you use:
a) Software Firewall
b) Hardware Firewall
c) Both

Microsoft.com may be blocked in the Firewall(s)- Please check.

Also - Run a Tracert to www.microsoft.com and post the results...
