Hi there, hope you can help
I have a workstation at a remote site of 7 PCs that cannot connect to its terminal server.
The PC was running fine at the end of the previous working day, but would not let the user in the next day!
The error is 'The remote session was disconnected because there are no terminal server licenses available for this computer'
It is NOT A LICENSING AVAILABILITY ISSUE, because I can log all other users out, and log the user in question in on another pc without any problems.
I cannot log in as an administrator through his client.
In desparation, I renamed windows and win.com on the workstation, installed a fresh version of windows and the remote desktop client, and it worked again PERFECTLY
The problem is that the PC runs a courier system that can only be reinstalled by the courier the following week, so I had to set the old windows folder back to to its original state
Is there a registry setting I can look at resetting the 'license issue', or is a complete reinstall the only option?
