Connection between VS and Pocket PC

Somehow I messed up my system so my VS will no longer
connect to my Pocket PC device though activesync or
explorer can find it no problem and it can find the
internet through my desktop. Any ideas?

Try re-installing VS. I had a similar problem after having to un/reinstall
ActiveSync. Doing that resets/removes registry settings used by VS
requiring a reinstall of VS.
 
I experienced the same thing. This is a real pain since it takes forever to
uninstall + reinstall VS. They should make an easier way.
 
That is weird. Have you tried starting with F10 instead of F5 to step into
the application? This would help you identify if it is choking during
execution of the application or during the connection.

will not launch in the debugger and none of the FAQs seem to fit my
situation. The app just quits and the VS tells me it was unable to start
the program. This used to work before I had my ActiveSync issues. Any
ideas?
