Connection and delete Client license?

Hello,


When our terminal client disconnected from server and try
reconnect to the server they got a message "Can't connect
b/c license...", so I go to the terminal management
console and reset the client, they were able to connect!
where should I go to do above process automatically in
terminal management???? or any other options I could do?

And how can't I delet a client license from terminal
server licensing?

This does not sound familiar. Could you give the *exact* error
message? Which EventIDs do you get on the server?
