connecting to yahoo from outlook to send I receive an error(0x800.

When connecting to yahoo through outlook using yahoo's mail settings I can
recieve but cannot send. I Recieve:
Task 'yahoo mail - Sending' reported error (0x80004005) : 'The operation
failed.'
