We have a number of PCs that need to connect to a vpn, but can't. We get
various errors including 619, and 721. None of the kbase articles seem to
apply. We get to the dialog "verifying username and password" and that's
when it times-out with the errors above. We're in a simple small office
environment using business DSL and a Flowpoint router. The only computer
that we can consistently connect to the vpn with is our main server. Windows
XP Pro and Windows 2000 Pro workstations don't work, HOWEVER an older W2KPro
machine used to work (slowly), but I recently reformated the hard drive, and
re-installed W2K, and now it doesn't connect to the vpn at all.

Is this a router problem? We can connect to the vpn from home.

Thank you!

It sounds like your router is not passing IP Protocol 47 (GRE).
