My son gave us a new Windows XP based computer. We have three other
computers on our network box. I cannot get a full connection to the
Internet. I have with help from the computer manufacturer, replaced the
motherboard with the network devise, reloaded Windows twice and other trouble
shooting. I have an IP, Subnet mask and Physical address. I do not get a
DUNS, WINS and Default gateway. I am using a cable modem.
Any help would be appreciate. I have been trouble shooting this for a week.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

Let's start by looking at a log from "ipconfig /all", from the problem computer
and another from one working computer, and comparing them.
