Connecting to SQl server

Hi,

Sorry... My previous post not appear in the group...

I am a beginner of VB. I have some experience with MS Access now want to
switch to VB. I have a form with a combobox to list organization name and a
gridview to list detail record. I wrote this at home (connected to SQL
express on my home PC). After compile, I copy to run at office. It does not
connect the SQL Server

Is there a way to change the connection string

Does the work SQL Server have different permissions?
