Here is the situation:
Windows 2000 server SP4
Mac OS X 10.3.4 client
We have one windows 2000 server that our mac clients cannot access. When
we do a connect to server with the smb protocol we get an error message
that states "The Finder cannot complete the operation because some data in
smb://ipaddress could not be written. (Error code -36)".
It works fine with the afp protocol and without errors. We have other
windows 2000 servers that work fine with both smb and afp protocols. Has
anyone else experienced this problem before?
Thanks
