connecting to internet

Question: Am unable to connect to internet, cpu gives
error: modem not connected or software not installed.
However, modem is connected and software (starpower) is
installed. Starpower is unable to help. I have Juno for
email and it works with the modem just fine.

try right clicking on the internet explorer and go to the
connections tab and click on the setup wizard. go thru the
paces with the wizard and it should work afterwards..
