already tried that read a thing the the microsoft knowledge base about how ICS doesnt work right when you have DNS and DHCP on the same server runnning while ICS is because ICS has like a mini DNS and DHCP thing built into it that almost what it is really so i tried Routing and remote access but i dont think i set it up right i mean i thought i did at first but the fact that i still cant get online tells me otherwise
I forgot about the ICS wanting to hand out DNS to clients. There is a reg
hack to change the IP address range ICS hands out so you can set the range
to what you want. I don't have access to that article now.
You might search help for NAT.
It is a more robust version of ICS and I don't think it will try to hand out
IP addresses.
