Connecting to Global Catalog

I have a domain with 3 domain controllers. Two of the DCs
work fine, however, the 3rd one is unable to establish
connection with global catalog (Event ID: 1126). We then
removed the ailing DC from the domain, rebuilt it from
scratch, added it to the domain, and I'm still getting the
same error. Also, I have applied all the latest service
packs. Any help would be appreciated.
