This is what displays under Security Settings- "The Security Center is
currently unavailable because the "Security Center" service has not been
started or was stopped." I am assuming that Norton Internet Security has
overridden this firewall.
I had windows XP home edition and no Norton antivirus previously and I was
able to connect via DSL, so I am assuming it is not this. I had Brave Sentry
install itself and it locked up my computer. The computer technition
eliminated the virus and installed windows xp professional and I installed
the Norton Antivirus- now when I try to access Aeres Ultra it states
"Connecting" but never connects- I have waited 1/2 hour or more.
