connecting to a site

Earlier this week, I upgraded from win98 to XP home. I'll
admit I am struggling along finding my way around, but
the main thing i need help on now is this. I'm taking
some courses at the local community college and we were
given a web site (http://ciscoacad.net)for doing homework
at home. Although the site works fine in the classroom, I
can't connect at home. I hope it is something I just
haven't figured out about XP yet. Any help would be
appreciated.
 
Dennis,
In Internet Explorer go to Tools/Internet Options/Security and
check that you don't have your security settings too high.
