Connecting to a shared printer

We have a pc with a USB connected, shared all-in-one printer. I want to
connect 3 or 4 other pc's to the printer. is there a way to connect everyone
at once (through the share) or do users have to connect individually?

On XP Home up to 5 connections can be created to the shared machine. This
includes file shares as well as print shares.
