connecting to a network printer for faxing

console doesn't seem to recognize the fax printer. I can
add it fine. My computer shows the shared fax printer.
How do I get console to recognize it so that I can use it
to fax?
 
What fax printer? What console? XP Fax console? Make/Model of printer?
