connecting remotely to my desktop computer

i have ipaq hw6515 and want to connect to desktop computer via terminal
services client. But dont know how to do?
Is there any availabiity via gpris internet? how will be the configuration
I write the IP number to the terminal services client but it gives eroor

PLEASE HELP ME...
 
Over a local LAN you use the local LAN IP of the PC or server your trying to
connect to.

Over the public internet you use the public IP of the firewall/router or PC
if its directly connected.

Also note that if the desktop PC has the Remote Desktop encryption level
configured for "High" you will *NOT* be able to connect with the PocketPC
TSC. The encryption level must be configured for low or client compatible...
