Hello,
I've got an xp box and i need to connect to a friend's xp box so i can
assist him with his computer. Both of us are behind firewalls, mine does
natting, i'm assuming his does as well. Does anyone have a method where we
can connect? And ports on each firewall that will need to be open?
Thanks.
Dave.

He needs to forward/open TCP Port 3389 on any firewall and/or router his PC
is behind. You would call his PC using the public IP of the router, ie. the
IP assigned by his ISP.
