Yes, it is possible. You need to know his IP address (from your PC). He
needs to know public IP of your router connection. You have to setup NAT
port forwarding on your router.

How would I set up a NAT port forwarding on my router.? New to this
stuff...

What router do you have?

Peter,

I have the Westell VersaLink Model 327W which was provided to me by verizon.
This one is able to connect 4 ethernet connections. and has the wireless
antenna that I can use for anything with a wireless card. Now The Westel
VersaLink Model 327W is connected to a Linksys 10/100 Port Workgroup Switch.
Which Desktop One, Two and Three are connected too. Basically I think I am
accessing the internet on my other desktops through the hub, although the
Versalink model has 4 ethernet slots open to connect other computers too. it.

For static NAT use IP of your PC to be controlled.
For port range use TCP 3389.
