Connecting PC to Home Theater/Stereo

Does anyone have any experiences or tips for conecting my PC sound to Home
Theater(ONKYO) so I can listen to downloads and Musicmatch,ETC.
I know it cannot be rocket science, I am open for any help you may have.

You'll need a 1/8" stereo to dual RCA jack Y-adapter. You can get them at
Target, Radio Shack, etc. You can often find them in 6 or 12-foot lengths. The
1/8' end plugs into your soundcard in the line out jack. The RCA end goes into
any aux input on your receiver, just as long as it is not a phono jack.
