I am getting the message "The connection to the MS Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action" when I try to get into mailboxes of MS Office 2003 or OE 2002. Under "Network Connections", it says "Broadband Connection is Disconnected, firewalled, WAN miniport (PPPOE) [I don't know what all that means, or if it's related]. I do receive my mail through Comcast mail, but I want it to go to Outlook 2003 also. I didn't have this problem before I upgraded to "...Students and Teachers" 2003. Someone PLEASE help me.

Do you use an Exchange server? If not; delete your mail profile in Control
Panel-> Mail button Show Profiles and create a new one. When setting up the
account make sure you select the right server type. Contact your ISP for the
right settings.
