on the asumption these are network capable printers you
would need a wireless NIC. if they are not net printers
then you would need to use something like hp jet direct
with a print server.
If the printer is on the network and you know the IP you
could just add it as a local printer(dont autodetect),
then creat a new port(standard TCP\IP). This will bring
up the add port wizard. Enter your printers IP on the
first line and hit next. you should be able to finish
