In the main data base window, go to the Tables tab. Next, go to File|Get
External Data|Link to link to the external tables. This will allow you to
read the current data in those tables if they are being changed by other
processes. If these are dBase tables, then, depending on your Access
version, the link may be read only. If you need to write to these tables
also, you will need to download and install the Borland Database Engine to
get the read/write ODBC driver.
