Connecting Access to Oulook Calendar

Hi all,
I have been testing the ADO connection from Access to Outlook and find
the data returned from the recordset is the same that external linking
provides. This informations is useless in a time & attendance application.
Is there another way of getting the start-time / end-time from
appoinment in the outloook calendar?
