Connecting a flash pen drive

When I plug this device in and try to load driver I get an error message saying the name is already in use as either a service nane or a service display name. I have had no such problem loading to my lap top.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is caused by conflict of the driver of your "flash pen" and the default system driver,
or some other flash disk driver previosly installed.
Contact manufacturer of this device.
