Connecting 2 domain controllers via internet

i have a server with active directory on it. i want to
connect a secondary server for a domain controller through
the internet from another location. when i run dcpromo, i
go to make the the computer a a.d. server and tell it to
connect to a primary. when it goes to look for my domain,
it can't find it. can anyone help?

Try setting up a Site-to-Site VPN ( aka Firewall-to-
Firewall VPN ).

Where are you going with this? I mean, it seems pretty
clear but sometimes I get in trouble when I ass/u/me! ;-)
