I have some PCs (6) conected to internet through switch + router + modem in
256 kbps range working OK, but in sometimes when i shutdown these PCs i can
see in some of them the message "...there is a user conected, if you
shutdown...", and none here was conecting, recently even one was damaged by a
virus(?), adware or spyware(?).
Can somebody tell me if it's exact the message, THERE IS or WAS a user
conected to my PC? maybe from Internet? maybe a hacker? or could be a Windows
XP false message? or what another thing is it?
By the way, if it's correct, and a user was into my PCs, how can i prevent
it without cut off Internet ?

Can somebody help me?

What firewall do you have in place?

Just I have in each one Panda Platinum SOftware, and service of the
router.

There really is no way for me to reassure you without seeing the
computers. I would put on a third-party firewall like ZoneAlarm or
Sygate on each machine. Don't forget to configure the firewall to allow
the lan as trusted. Then I'd determine that each machine was 100%
malware-free. The third-party firewall will tell you if something is
trying to get out that shouldn't be there. Post back if you need
malware removal steps.
