I came across an intesting new problem. I just got a new laptop computer,
which seems to work fine, except, for my broadband connection. When using a
Sierra Wireless Broadband card (pcmcia) and ATT Coomunication Manager to
connect to the internet, it establishes a connection, I am able to ping any
website, but all of my internet applciations refuse to recognize the
connection. Internet Explorer says "Web site found. Waiting for Reply" and
just waits forever. None of my other internet programs (MSN, IM) can connect
either.
When I connect with my WiFi, I don't have any issues, only with the
Broadband Card. I have exhausted the troubleshooting list with ATT. Anyone
have any ideas?
PS - Using XP SP3
