How can I connect with PostGres 7.4 using vb.net???

I don't know how to do it, but we had a project running there about 2-3
years ago using a postgres database. Worked fine! Postgres was running
in cygwin.

I did not find how to connect in postgres with .net, only connection with
MySQL.
