I have check the box "Disk drives" Under "Local Resources" tab but my dirves
won't show on the server..
any ideas
thanks

Sharing your local drives requires a higher level of RDP protocol than is
available in Windows 2000 Server--in other words, it doesn't work.

(For the benefit of others, you are connecting to Windows 2000 Server, not
Windows 2000 Professional, which doesn't have a Terminal Services based
feature.)

There have been some resource kit pieces for file transfer in the past. If
you have administrative access to the Server, one third-party way to do this
is TSDropCopy, from AnalogX.
