Couple of methods...
1) you can setup Outlook on your home machine and connect like you do when
you are at work. or
2) you can setup an IMAP account in Outlook Express to the Exchange server.
Public folders are available to IMAP clients. (you have to add what folders
you want to see. also keep in mind that outlook express only supports
folders that have messages in them.)
3) you can access public folder data via Outlook Web Access.
In each case, check with your corporate helpdesk/network support staff to
see what types of connectivity they will support (e.g. dial-in/vpn or
accessing from internet). They are there to help you find the best method
to connect to corporate resources.
