Dont know why?
I can ping my WAN IP from home to office, but not connect.
I can connect from Work to Home.
Suggestions?

Well, perhaps a bit more detail is in order...

What OS at each end?
What are you trying to connect with, ie. Remote Desktop, VPN, VNC, etc...etc...etc...?
Error messages, symptoms are also helpful...

For Remote Desktop you need to forward TCP Port 3389 through the router at the host end. It depends
on the router but some call that "Port Forwarding", "Virtual Servers", etc. What router do you have
at each end?

The public IP is the IP assigned by your ISP. The private IP is the IP of the PC on the LAN behind
the router. Usually the later is in the 192.168.X.X range.
